RLI Refund & Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing, and a $250 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations, no matter when the cancellation is made. All cancellations starting five weeks from the start date of the event or program – including "no shows" – are subject to the full program or event fee, with no exceptions. An organization may substitute a colleague for the original registrant at any time prior to the start of a workshop, at no charge. RLI reserves the right to cancel this workshop if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
